1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image. When you purchase a service we store your order details and the email used at checkout. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store it.
2. How we use it
We use your information to deliver your reports and consultation calls, send transactional emails (e.g. booking confirmations), provide support, and operate the service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent data controller for card data. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
4. Email
Transactional emails are sent via Resend from a no-reply address. We only email you about your account, purchases, and bookings.
5. Cookies & sessions
We use a secure, signed session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
We keep order and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
