We deliver curated, pre-validated product opportunities and consultation calls. Research reflects our analysis of market data at the time of delivery and is provided for informational purposes.
3. No guarantee of results
Selling on Amazon involves risk. We do not guarantee sales, profit, rankings, or any specific business outcome. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, sourcing, and compliance with Amazon's policies and applicable law.
4. Payments & refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. Because product reports reveal confidential research immediately upon purchase, report sales are generally non-refundable once delivered. Consultation calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Contact us for any billing issue.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the research we provide. Each report is licensed for your individual use.
6. Accounts
Sign-in is handled by Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBA Finder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
